  • About Juniors

Juniors is ideal for boys and girls aged 5 to 7 years and is the final stage at Rugby Stars. Juniors consolidates all prior skills learnt in Micros and Minis and teaches knowledge, understanding and practical application of key Rugby skills such as when and where to use the Rugby skills within activities and game play.

We deliver sessions that teach rugby values, knowledge, understanding and application of rugby skills through a series of structured activities and games that are centred around developing a sense of passion and love for the sport.

Throughout classes, which are designed and tailored specifically for children aged 5 to 7 years, we aim to equip the children both physically and mentally with the skills required through various learning strategies to take their Rugby to the next stage and prepare children for age-grade Rugby.
